The King Room, Non-Smoking exceeded our expectations for comfort and cleanliness. We were impressed with the quick response from the staff when we requested an anniversary setup, making our stay truly special. The bathroom left quite a bit to be desired, with cleanliness issues like hair scattered about and stains on linens that shouldn't have been there. The sliding doors lacked privacy, allowing glimpses into the bathroom. I didn't expect to wake up to that chaos outside my window. Some hiccups with check-in added to the unease, especially when the front desk couldn't produce proof of payment clearly. The AC failed at a crucial time, forcing me to trek downstairs for a fan in the middle of the night instead of having a more convenient solution.
